My 35 year old Omega Seamaster has been servicedseveral time back in Philadelphia. It recently stopped and I was unable to find a repair facility in Vero Beach until I discovered Watch Repair.net. Easy and eff8cient system to ship my watch for necessary repairs and have it returned looking almost new. Cost was similar to Philly.

Was initially a bit skeptical of WatchRepair.net due to all the funny stuff that goes on with internet, and was concerned that I would never see my watch again. But after reviewing many reviews (which could have been bogus) and seeing no reason for concern, and checking BBB and anything else, I decided to take the chance. I must say that everything was superb, and watch looks like new and am sure will run like new. I could not be more delighted.

My 1970-80's Omega quit running in 2017. I sent it to the factory repair service and they sent it to the factory. It ran until this year. I sent it to them again and they returned it saying it was obsolete and no parts were available. I found watchrepair.net. I sent the watch to them and the next day received a telephone call that they had the electric circuit. They repaired my watch and returned it within four weeks. I am very pleased with everything -- they have performed exactly as they said they would.

This is an honest company you can trust. My Omega Constellation needed repair and cleaning and they did an awesome job. Took care of my bracelet demise and my watch cleaning. They have a great shipping method and when I got my watch back it looked like new!!! From now on I will be their customer for life!!!

Jeff and Mark are very communicative. I'm impressed with the watch repair pack they provide to mail your watch back to them. I truly felt my watch was safe and secure. The turnaround time was quick. They received my watch on May 23, 2022 and it was back on my wrist on June 13, 2022. Now that's pretty darn great! When I got my watch back it was a minute or so behind. I reset it and it was still slow. However, the second time I reset the watch it has been keeping time perfectly. I'm hoping that will be the case until it's time for another service. Fingers crossed that won't be for another 5 years. I would definitely recommend and use WatchRepair.net again. I thought they were reliable and knowledgeable. WatchRepair. net provided outstanding service for my Omega watch I have had since the late 1950s. The watch was in serious need of an extensive overhaul, which was done perfectly. Also, they were careful to provide security in the mailing and handling of my vintage watch.

First, I cannot thank Jeff And Marc for the amazing work they did for me. This Omega watch belonged to my father as it was given to him in 1978 by the company he worked for 30 years of service. Dad gave this watch to me prior to his death in 2007, it did not work (he rarely wore it), he told me to get it repaired and wear it! Local jewelers here would not work on it. So, after 22 years of this beautiful Omega sitting in my safe I found watchrepair.net on the internet and contacted them. The Best Decision I Ever Made!!! In a few days I received a container, padded beyond belief, GPS tracking device and a locking device. Brinks 2.0! I received my watch repair quote, approved it, and received my repair watch in approximately 3 weeks. Opened it up and it was running, and absolutely beautiful.
