Had a great range, the watch I picked as a gift was very well priced and the international shipping was cheap and prompt. Would definitely shop with these guys again. Cheers

I've bought two different items from WatchCo.com and both times I've done business with them the items I ordered were delivered promptly and were exactly as described. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Lack of communication
Response from WatchCo.com· Jan 5, 2017
Hi James, I am very sorry to hear this. Upon further investigation, I can't find any emails from you, nor do I see any voice mails left. I do show that we sent out a confirmation email and a shipping email to you, but we never received a response to those emails either. Can you help us understand the lack of communication better so we can better serve you? Is there anything else I can do for you to make your interaction with us significantly better? Just name it! :) Please let me know at your earliest convenience. All that we would ask is that you respond to any of our emails and voice mails we've left you. Thanks again, James!

ordered watch on line received with in two weeks. Now have worn the watch now for seven months. I am very hard on every thing, and totally abused this watch.I broke the crystal, hit it on something? I new it wasn't covered under warranty but wanted to have it repaired,so i sent it in.About a week later I received it back with new crystal, seal and vacuumed down, they even cleaned it. It looks brand new, at no cost. I cant believe it was free. I love this watch and this company.Thank you REACTOR!!!!

Ordered some sunglasses then later received an email they were not in stock. Website should notify customers a product is out of stock instead of taking their money and notifying them later by email. I have emailed twice to notify them of my cancellation and have not received a credit nor confirmation of cancellation email. I was offered a stock model for the same price. Uh... I don't think so. A stock model will probably have scratches and tried on by other customers. How could you offer a lower quality product to a new customer? Not happy. 😐

Hello, Since we have not been able to get any of our emails or voice mails we sent to you answered, we are trying to reach you here. We apologize for any confusion, but the item you ordered was indeed listed as out-of-stock on the site when you placed the order for them. We received both emails you sent, replied to both of them and canceled your order. Your order has been canceled and was only pre-authorized, never officially charged. This was voided off, telling the bank/credit card company that we would not be accepting the funds. This applies to your account within two-to-three business days. You also were not offered a "stock" model. You were offered an "in-stock" model per our emails to you. Since all of these items are kept on shelves and warehouses, they have never been tried on or touched by anyone else. We would never think to offer a lower quality product. We're also confused how you knew we offered you this since we only offered the in-stock model via the emails you stated you never received. Can you help us clear this up so we can improve your experience with our company? There are a lot of issues with your review that do not match up with what we have records of on our end. Please contact us here if you do not want to reply to our emails or phone calls. Thank you!

Bought the watch a week ago and haven't heard a word from them since. It would be nice to know when it's shipping and have a tracking number. Don't think I'd buy from them again.

I'm very sorry to hear about your confusion on this order. MTM only has one other authorized dealer in the US (besides them), and that's us. However, they don't allow us to stock their products--all of the stock drop ships to the buyers directly from them. As a result, they send you all of the tracking and shipping emails and not our company because we don;t have access to that information. I have been contacting them to find out why their emails never made it to you, but they only could tell me that they were sent out to the email address you provided, and that they had no further information. Similarly, an order confirmation email was sent out to you from us when your order came in as well, but I do not know why you did not get it, unless all of these emails were going into your SPAM folder. Is there anything I can do for you to make your interaction with us significantly better? Just name it! :) Please let me know at your earliest convenience. All that we would ask is that you respond to the emails we've sent you. :) Thanks again, James!

The order interface was intuitive and all on one page so ordering was a snap. We'll see how delivery goes.
