The CSR on the phone, Angel, was vary clear in describing how I did not answer the call back from an unknown number so they took no action regaurdng my request. Yea me, totally my fault that whomever called did not leave a message asking me to call back or possibly answer the unknown number, Nope Totally my fault. Thanks for pointing that out!

I’ve used Waste Connections several years and have had excellent service both with customer service and trash pickup. Pricing can’t be beat as well.

Every Friday, here in Ocoee, Florida, our Waste Connections from Altamonte Springs arrive to pick up our yard waste and due to the frost that killed so many plants, both Shawn & Michael have gone above and beyond to pickup massive piles of debris.
