Waiting for $25 "express" ticket delivery
Terrible that e tickets were not offered. I feel fleeced, and the tickets have still not arrived for the performance tomorrow

Hi Brenda, We don't decide which tickets are available as e-tickets - that's ultimately up to the venue. I'm assuming you did indeed receive your tickets - if for some reason you didn't please contact us and you will be completely refunded.

customer service..so far..so good
Very impressed with customer service so far.Looking forward to see the NUTCRACKER with grandchildren..Hoping all goes well..I feel if there is any problem I can call and get the issue resolved quickly. Gentleman Wyatt..was extremely helpful in answering my question.Thank you .Look forward to give you another review on this..

Nutcracker at the Warner Theatre
Thanks to Eric Foster at Vivid Tickets I got perfect seats... At the last minute... for The Nutcracker- which was amazing! Excellent salesmanship, knowledgeable and efficient! 🎅

Great Customer Service
I wanted to purchase tickets online for The Nutcracker at Warner Theater. I experienced some problems, so I called to customer service. Pat was very patient with me and helped me get the best seats possible for the price. She gave me her extension to call her back so that I didn't need to go through all the "babble" when I called back...very much appreciated! I received the tickets via email the same day...very speedy and accurate. Only complaint is the service charge.
