Shout out to Lauren Mun for great customer service. Wasatch Peaks has been my financial institution for approximately 42 years. Lauren Mun was very helpful in resolving a interest issue on my checking account. She provided excellent customer service and great follow up after she planned to speak to the person that is over high yield checking accounts. Wasatch Peaks can use more people like Lauren.

Applied for refinance. Application was reviewed and accepted. Loan officer was very helpful and knowledgeable about the situation. Process was handled very professionally and efficient.
