I am very happy with the hoist that you sent me. I do have a question. I noticed that the serial number was something something something 13. The question is did you send me the 13th one that you have made?

I don't understand all the negative reviews on customer service. I emailed them with a question on installation and received a confirmation email that they got my email and they responded in less than 24 hours. My experience with winch and customer service was great. Bought the 3500 winch and works great for my needs. Thank you.

I came across Warrior Winches while researching one to mount onto a flatbed trailer to haul farm equipment to a repair shop. I found Warrior Winches offered a higher pounds of pull vs other brands at a much better price. Ordering online was easy and painless. I received the items within a week. Also manufactured in this country while employing vets was a plus.
