Really excited about the bag I ordered. I made a mistake with the shipping and their customer service went above and beyond to help me. Excellent service and could not recommend this company more!

I got a prvke backpack from my local camera shop which I loved, so I purchased some tech bags and camera straps on their website. It is a nightmare to purchase on their website and return. I wanted to keep 1 tech bag, I had gotten all 3 as I wanted to see the sizes and only the large one was useful to me, they said I am not able to keep one, so I had to return all of them. They have you fill out a form to return it. They do not send you a shipping label. I followed all of their steps and emailed them several times throughout the experience. It's been over a month and they have not refunded me. They emailed me saying that they are having a sale and are a small team, so it can take up to 3 weeks. It's been 6 weeks, and they will not refund me. I will never purchase from their shop again. I would say the backpack is great but definitely purchase from a camera store or another online shop and not directly from them.

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry that you had a bad experience with your return. Your comment does highlight some things that are policy points with the WANDRD return policy. (1) When you order a bundle on our website, we do require that you return all the pieces of the bundle. We cannot accept partial returns for pieces of a bundle. As they are sold for one price and with one SKU, in order to process a refund, we need the entire bundle returned. (2) We also do not provide free, prepaid return shipping labels. We do try our absolute best to make this clear on our website, and with our return policies. We try our absolute best to answer all questions to negate the need to complete a return. In the even that a return is required, we will accept the return in the 30 day window, but we do ask for the customer completing the return to pay for the cost of the prepaid label. To the last point - the length that it took to receive the refund. We are sorry for any delays. Please feel free to reach out to us specifically about your order at ([email protected]) and we are happy to resolve any outstanding issues as we do not want to exchange personal return information on a public forum. Sorry again - and we truly did not want to leave you with a bad experience, but also are doing our best communicate the return policies and procedures as they are. Always here if you have any other concerns! WANDRD Team

Wandrd’s customer service and products are awesome! I have one of their camera cubes for my camera and accessories and will be upgrading to their pro camera cube.

Their sustainability and lifetime warranty claims are commercial stunt. Zip broke, they refused to take my bag under warranty because I could not provide the original purchase claim (fair enough, I lost it) but also don’t offer any repair possibility for which I would gladly pay… they literally told me to buy another one. Hi Antoine, Thanks for reaching out, and we will respectfully disagree that our warranty program is a stunt. We do try our absolute best to process our warranty claims, but as was communicated, one of the policies of the WANDRD Warranty program is that we do required proof of purchase in order to make a claim. This can be in the form of an order number (if ordered directly with WANDRD) or a receipt / invoice (if ordered from one of our official retail partners). We try our best to make this clear on our website. The reason that we require proof of purchase is because the warranty does not extend to items purchased second hand, or on gear that has already been claimed in a warranty ticket. The only way we can verify this information is by associating warranty claims with original order numbers. If there are any issues finding an old order number, our customer service team is more than happy to help you search our transaction database to find this information (if the order was placed directly with our website). Always feel free to reach out to ([email protected]) if you are wanting help finding your original order number. Here again if you have any other questions! The policies and procedures above are in place to make our warranty program sustainable. WANDRD Team

I purchased a sling 6L a few weeks ago and am loving it so far. The size is great for everyday carry and the bag offer enough organization compartments. A few days ago, I was browsing their website for other accessories and noticed a sale on the same sling I purchased so I reached out and asked if they would match the price. Shortly after, I received an email from Kyle confirming they had refunded the difference even though my purchase was a few weeks prior to the sale. Great products and even better customer service!

WANDRD Team

Ordered the All New PRVKE 41L on the 20th and received it very quickly on the 25th. The bag has a lot of pockets and has a lot of space. I also really like that it’s possible to separate stuff in the bag itself. Love the bag! Saw that they had a Black Friday sale today, so I emailed them to ask even though I got the bag 2 weeks earlier, if I can still use the discount. Few hours later I received an email from Kyle that they have refunded me for the difference. Amazing customer service!
