Our amazing beautiful Boxer, Hubbell, developed DM and we quickly knew the road we needed to be on. We contacted Walkin' Pets and ordered a wheelchair for our sweet boy. He THRIVED in it !!! He felt like a dog again-- and ALWAYS looked forward to his daily walks in his chair. My husband and I are sooooooo appreciative of this amazing company that helps prolong dogs lives and gives us a chance to love them for just a bit longer. We got our chair in January of 2021-- and Hubbell passed on 02/04/2022. We loved him so much and feel so grateful to Walkin' Pets for giving us the opportunity to spend 13 more months with our sweet, happy boy. Thank YOU !!!!!!!

The customer service is excellent (I’ve only gotten one rude person) but the sizes are not appropriate for every breed of dog. The 25-30 lb dog seems to have been looked over. The small wheel chair and the hind leg braces are both the same thing. Both are too small for the size small and too big for medium size so no matter what there was no appropriate perfect size for my dog which was disappointing. I am disappointed in the leg braces which are not anatomically correct for the foot. They are one shape fits all but didn’t even come close to fitting my dog and I tried 3 sizes. Ended up having to mold additional plastic to the one that was too big just to get a proper shape and keep the foot in the proper position.

Great to work with the team. Unfortunately our pet died shortly after getting his wheelchair so he never got to enjoy. Customer Service treated us well with the return.

Helped my 14 year old shelter mix’s hind end SO MUCH. Thank you. I think he’s got a couple more to go. ❤️

Everyone at handicapped pets was very helpful and understanding. If I ever need their services again I would not hesitate to call them. I only wish that Titan had been able to use his wheelchair before his condition became so bad that we had to make the ultimate gift of Love for him. We donated his wheelchair to our veterinarian for someone who’s pet could use it.

The wheelchair has worked out great! It is truly a lifesaver for Zeke dog and myself. We now go for 4 walks every day, on a regular schedule and this has ended peeing and pooping problems. The difficult part was understanding how to assemble it - and the You Tube just videos were not clear enough for someone like me who is not technically inclined, and I could not get the sidebars to slide. My neighbor figured it out quickly.

Exceptional service each time we contacted them. I would certainly highly recommend them for any mobility related concerns with your pets.
