The Scooter has been a welcome relief for when my dog is inside the house it has been a great changeover for him from the wheelchair.

Customer service reps were terrific. They gave me time to explain my dog’s mobility issue, answered questions, and later helped me process a return after I determined that the item was not right for my dog’s confirmation and degree of instability. The refund was fair, and the process easy. To be clear: customer service did not make a bad recommendation, at all; the item fit, but did not provide just the right sort of support. I happily ordered again.

Service was fairly decent, albeit very confusing at times. I had to ask for clarification a lot in the return process and had duplicate emails being sent to me regarding the same information. This company struggles with clear instructions but are kind and helpful ultimately.

Its hard to choose the dogs size. The first one I ordered was too small I returned it and got the other size. I paid for faster expedition, but it I came late.
