I can't get the harness adjusted well enough for him to be able to pee. I have loosened legs straps and lowered wheels. He still just trickles. When I put on the original harness he can empty his bladder no problem. I have tried 4 or 5 times but don't want him to get another problem by trying any more.

I was truly disappointed in the fact is that they sent me a shipping label, and the labels only shipped to me not shipped to the business. I asked twice regarding to have this shipping label sent to me know I would need to pay out of my own pocket for return. Truly disappointed.
