We have been using Wag for 2 weeks now, our Wag walker Jeff is great! We have a tiny little pup that does not like the cold. Jeff has figured out how to get her to keep going and when she has just had enough.

I have had pretty good experience so far. The walkers have all been good and the time that i did have an issue it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The app is super user friendly and when I have had to deal with customer service directly they have been just as good if not better.

My dog had great walk every time when wag knock the door she so excited to go to walk ！when she back she looks so happy. I love to see the walk report with cute picture.

Their customer service is impeccable, and they do all and everything to make you feel comfortable about letting a stranger into your home to walk your pup. The walkers I've had have all been professional and very patient with my little dog, who gets very scared of people sometimes.
