Older Denon receiver trapped with vTuner. Contacted vTuner support 4X because custom added stations no longer play. Stations in the vTuner lookup table have wrong information. Zero response from vTuner. Denon support gave me a phone number that goes direct to Voicemail, no reply.

I also paid $5 for a supposed renewal fee but have no service anymore. There isn't any customer service so I agree that this must be a scam operation. Is anyone in the states reporting this company for fraud?

I have paid my annual fee of 4 USD, but it doesn't work and on a handful of emails I didn't get one answer. PURELY FRAUD!

Vtuner is not relailble. Streaming stops a few seconds. Sometimes it plays good a few hours, then it stops and sometimes take minutes before it streams again. Also jumps to another station. My internet connection is perfect....200/200 mb. and check all connections. Spotify is playing perfect. I like their quality, but not how they perform. I am using a Yamaha receiver.

Service is very basic. They started charging 3 USD per year to add stations via Web browser. You can still add them for free via your Yahama AVR.

RINK !!! Login and password are removed to require you to reapply. This is one of the reasons that Yahama no longer works with them. The MAC number of your device is requested and after no reply from vTuner. RANK !!!!!!

Zero customer service. Tried contacting them through their contact email and via ‘suggest a station’ form. Never get any response. Others have also tried with no luck, including one of their corporate customers, Auralic. Why have a website with contact details if you can’t be bothered to respond?
