The promo worked properly on my order. I received it quickly and got the free cable that was promised. You even threw in some stickers that I put one on my camper and gave the kids the rest!! This is my second solar generator- the first one is awesome- now I’ll never need to pay for a power sight again and we can watch TV and play Nintendo in the trailer if it’s raining. =)

I bought a VTOMAN Jump 2200W battery around 12 months ago and it has already stopped working. I contacted VTOMAN customer service and initially received a reply asking for proof of purchase and a video of the fault, which I sent straight away. Since then, they have completely ignored my emails. After doing some research, it seems this kind of “silent treatment” from VTOMAN is very common, and I find it extremely frustrating. Because they refuse to respond, I have now contacted the relevant consumer authorities in Australia. Based on my experience, I strongly advise not buying this product. The way VTOMAN treats their customers is unacceptable and honestly quite disgusting. A continued response: After many emails sent only one of them was responded to this one from Gloria: With a fake email address I have sent messages the new fake email she gave me and still no response. It was easy to find what I wanted and the price was fair compared to other brands. This is the second Vtoman that I have got. The first one is the flashspeed 1000 that I used last year for camping, it worked awesome for what I needed. Charging cell phones, used it for my TV and charged battery powered lights. I plan to use the Jump 1800 for the same things plus use it for my cpap machine.
