Solid frame, quick shipping, good design--but wood prefer wood
Great shipping time; solid, attractive frame at a good price. Not five stars for me, though, because I'd prefer the black frames be offered in wood rather than metal.

Customer Service at another Level
I appreciate the exceptional proactive communication when my order was delayed because of the hurricane. I was given options and felt informed and in control. Once my order arrived i was so pleased. The quality was outstanding.
