Phenomenal frames and customer service
Phenomenal frames and customer service. Worth the extra few bucks for a higher quality product ran by a customer first company.

Thought I was buying a wood and glass…
Thought I was buying a wood and glass frame. Instead it was all cheap plastic and the "glass" part has these sparkle spots in it. Very disappointed.
Response from Vossington· Dec 19, 2023
Sorry to hear about your disappointment. Unfortunately it's not possible to use real glass in frames you buy online because it will break in shipping. Our line of thin frames are using real wood veneer and are also among the thinnest wood frames on the market for a modern elegant look. Please get in touch with support at Vossington.com and we will do everything we can to make you fully satisfied with your purchase or otherwise you may return your frame for a full discount.

The frames look a little cheap
The frames look a little cheap, especially for the cost. I didn't realize plexiglass is soft and bendable; I thought it would be hard and more glass-like.
Response from Vossington· Dec 19, 2023
Unfortunately it's impossible to sell frames with real glass online, because it will break in shipping. Plexiglass is more bendable than real glass, but once the frame is on the wall you will notice very little difference. Please contract support at Vossington.com and we will do everything we can to make you fully satisfied with your purchase or you may return the frame for a full refund. Our frames are high quality and especially our thin product line is very exclusive.
