Hey Seth, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. This is what it's all about — you loved it, your neighbors saw it in action, and now they're ordering too. That's how real products spread. Not through ads, but through results. And thank you for the kind words about Diane. She's a machine when it comes to getting things done right. Appreciate you spreading the good word, Arthur

Hey Louis, Arthur here. This might be one of the most detailed and thoughtful reviews we've ever received — and I want you to know the entire team has read it. You nailed exactly what we built this for: those frustrating water drip marks from spots a towel can't reach. Quarter window edges, number plates, tight crevices — gone. That's the problem we set out to solve, and hearing you confirm it passed with flying colours on the very first use means everything. And yes, the weight surprises everyone. Picking it up for the first time and wondering how something this light delivers that kind of power? That reaction never gets old. You're also spot on about the price. We're not the cheapest. We never will be. But we engineered this to outperform everything else in the category, and customers like you prove that the investment is worth it. Thank you for recognizing the customer service side too. That personal touch isn't a gimmick — it's how we operate. Really appreciate you, Louis. This review will help a lot of people make the right decision. Arthur

Hey DNorton, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Wrong battery selection happens more often than you'd think — but what matters is how fast we fix it. Marielle getting it sorted and shipped the same day? That's exactly the standard we hold ourselves to. Can't wait to hear what you think once you fire it up! Arthur

Hey Susan, Arthur here. Garage cleanups, workbench dust, winter messes — you're already putting it through real-world paces. Love to see that. And the battery compatibility point is huge. No extra chargers, no extra hassle. Just grab it and go with what you already own. That's exactly why we designed it that way. Thanks for sharing your experience, Arthur

Hey there, Arthur here. Glad we could get that sorted for you with the credit. The unit is sold as a bare tool so customers who already own compatible batteries don't pay twice — but I understand the surprise if it's not immediately clear. Looking forward to hearing how it performs for you once you put it to work! Arthur
