Volvo Truck Sales Kankakee shipped the crew cab once we opted for it in the same week. Free shipping was listed before I paid. It reached Billings in 7 days.

The axle spec on the cab and chassis was what Volvo Truck Sales Kankakee had written. We placed it from the quote.

I'd send someone the Volvo Truck Sales Kankakee page for the day cab. That page lists the cab layout. Shipping was free on that order.
