Disappointing Experience – No Results, Poor Communication, and Unfulfilled Promises

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help other agents make an informed decision. I signed up with VLeads in December as a “Platinum” client with the expectation of receiving qualified, closable leads and consistent reporting. After three months, I have not received any meaningful results that justify the $2,500 investment. The leads provided were not viable: One already had a listing agent Another was not the decision-maker One appointment expected me to act as an investor rather than a listing agent Additionally, I did not receive the weekly or monthly reporting that was promised. Communication was inconsistent, and key strategies—such as running Google Ads—were only mentioned months into the service, which was very concerning. When I requested cancellation and a refund under the money-back guarantee, I was met with delays, rescheduling, and being passed between team members without resolution. As of today, I am still waiting for confirmation of cancellation and refund. I was also encouraged to record a testimonial video early on, which I now regret. I no longer have confidence in the service and have requested that the video be removed. I was told it would be taken down within two days, but it remains publicly available. This experience has been disappointing, not just financially, but professionally. As agents, our reputation matters—and partnerships like this should reflect that level of responsibility. I hope the company improves its transparency, communication, and delivery so that future clients do not have a similar experience.

Response from V Lead Service· Mar 30, 2026

Hi Natiesha, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are genuinely sorry that the outcome did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to address your concerns. While we understand your frustration, we feel that your feedback is somewhat unfair. At least four live transfers were made provided were highly connected and motivated prospects. Overall, we generated more than 700 leads in your Google Spreadsheet. We made every effort to respond to your concerns promptly and ensure that adjustments were made to improve your results. We value transparency and work hard to deliver quality leads, but we cannot guarantee that every prospect will ultimately decide to proceed, as this is beyond our control. We do appreciate your recognition of our team's responsiveness and professionalism, and we will continue to refine our processes based on feedback like yours. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
