When attempting to order it adjusted the quantity then it would not offer the warranty. It was difficult, for the first time, to place an order.

Vizilok locks are strong and work well especially the vecant/in use indicator. Installation was easy and customer service helped when needed. The price is a bit high and delivery took a little longer than expected. Overall good quality and reliable just a bit pricey.

Don't add a 3 year warranty as a default purchase setting. Not cool. If a client wants that, make them select a ticker.

Called customer service for help to buy replacement part, indicator C3F. He helped me immediately locate parts. Part break frequently. I recommend to put a flat plastic washer to prevent plate wear.

Customer service was great. Only thing we would have preferred is if the biometric door lever assembly had the square backing option.
