Cindyhelped me obtain the warranty since I didn't have the order number, she was able to look it up and put the warranty on the hearing aids. The hearing aids were easy for my husband to set up, they fit nicely, he can hear and they are by far better than the $5K hearing aids he had in the past.. They offer a risk free 45 day trial with a full refund. When I returned the product they deducted $10 because the packing was creased and $15 because the ear buds were used. How can you offer a 45 day trial and not expect the packaging to be open and the products used I sent everything back in the original packaging including the little bag the product was in and twist tie for the cord!

I really like my new pure hearing aids. They fit well and I can not tell if I have them in or not. The app on my iPhone works perfectly. The hearing test and setting up of the aids to match my individual hearing loss was easy to accomplish and works perfectly. The volume controls and mode controls on my phone make adjustments easy and fast. I am very pleased with the portable recharging carrier. This is a well designed system that satisfies my hearing loss.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the hearing aides and they were delivered. They had too much echo and I wasn’t happy with them. I contacted them and they made me pay for shipping them back. They received the package on December 9th and I’m still for my refund. Today I was in I wasn’t getting the entire amount back. They are absolutely horrible. I had to jump through hoops pay for shipping then not be given my entire money back. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.
