Recently I bought my first pair of hearing aids from Vivtone. Upon receiving them, with expected time to get used to them, I found that one of them had a constant quiet “hissing “ sound. I followed the instructions to correct but nothing helped. I contacted the company and CINDY had me try a couple other things. Nothing corrected the issue so Cindy submitted me fo a replacement hearing aid. It arrived in a couple business days and now both works well. It impressed me how courteous and helpful Cindy was in representing Vivtone. It was refreshing in today’s business world. I have recommended Vivtone to a friend and would buy through this company again based on the Integrity Cindy represented through customer service and support! She was a blessing! David W.

Love the hearing aid. Works better than 1800.00 for my old hearing aid. Everything sounds so clear. I haven’t heard this well in years. Thank you!

I received my Vivtone mind's a few days ago and I'm delighted with them. They have improved my hearing so that the tv is set to normal volume. After setup they require no adjustment and they are quiet! I wear then all day with no fatigue, you just forget you're wearing them. These hearing aid appear well made came at a modest price. I am well pleased and highly recommended them

I've worn $6,000 hearing aids for several years. It was time to replace them but I'm retired, 86 years old and didn't want to spend that much again. I found the reviews on XPURE hearing aids inviting so I tried them. It took me a few trys to get them adjusted, but once I did, I was not disappointed. I love my music and I need to hear the cymbals and the bass and I do now.

Fast delivery to UK, well packaged. I have now used these for a couple of days and i am very pleased with them. It is nice to be able to reduce the TV volume and I am noticing back ground sounds I have not heard for a long time. I.e. the dogs claws tapping as they walk on a hard surface, and I can hear more birds rather than just the noisy ones. I would recommend these to anyone with mild to moderate hearing loss as they are so easy to setup for your own hearing profile. The price is excellent and the company is also very good for keeping contact with you,and that gives me faith that they will be there in the future if needed. Well unfortunately I have to add an update. Only buy from this company in the US. Now that I have purchased these I find that they do not post accessories to the UK ! They offered me free accessories for a trust pilot review, I did that and chose ear buds. Next I get a email stating that the warehouse will not send small packages abroad. Some emails later they agreed to send if I paid for shipping of which I agreed. Next email was an invoice for $15 broken down as $12.99 for buds (this is the price on their website) and $2.01 shipping. When challenged as the buds were supposed to be free I then got a new invoice for still $15 but this time just for shipping...strange that isn't it ! Their excuse this time is the shipping of the hearing aids cost $15 of which I had agreed and paid for . So it would be the same to ship the much smaller package to the UK ! I am happy with the aids but now I cannot get the correct accessories when needed if I had been told this when ordering I would not have purchased. One other thing is they push you for a review quickly, offering free accessories, makes me wonder about the long term, do they last ? If in US I believe you will be ok but do not order from anywhere else.

Hi Phil, Thank you so much for sharing this detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you love your hearing aids and are able to hear those lovely small sounds again — the tapping of your dog’s claws and birds chirping. This is exactly what we hope our hearing aids can bring to our customers. We sincerely apologize for the whole confusing experience with your free accessory redemption and the invoice error, and we take full responsibility for these miscommunications. Our free accessory offer upon warranty activation is available with free shipping for US customers only. For customers in the UK, international shipping fees apply for sending accessories, due to high international logistics costs. We specially applied to split the shipping cost with you: you only need to cover half of the estimated $30 international shipping. Unfortunately, we made a human error when creating the payment invoice, where we incorrectly filled in $2.1 as the shipping amount. This mismatch between the estimated total shipping cost and the invoice line item created this big misunderstanding, which was entirely our mistake. We have fixed this invoice issue. Our support team have got in touch with you to arrange shipment of your complimentary ear domes. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. We will update our terms clearly on our website before purchase. We will also strengthen our internal invoice review process to prevent similar entry errors in the future. Please feel free to reach out to our support team anytime if you have further questions. Best regards, Vivtone Customer Support
