Called customer service explained the mini heating aide was causing headaches. Asked me if I would like to try the xpure. Much better heating aide. Great customer service.

So far so good
So far, so good. Got my husband the SyncTune. They fit well, no squealing when you put the right size covers on and fit them properly and they improve hearing. Husband now hears more than 1/3 of what I say. Not sure how the battery life is yet but they recharge quickly in the case.

I finally found hearing aids that…
I finally found hearing aids that actually fit a small ear canal AND they are easy to adjust volumes etc. I am very impressed on how Cindy worked with me on this as well. Again, many thanks! Shay Collins

Hearing aids that actually work without a prescription
Being able to hear and they worked the first time my husband tried them. The quality seems great. The price was reasonable as well.
