Regarding the tire leak issue, we are unsure whether it's due to damage to the e-bike or simply insufficient air. Our bicycles are factory-set with tight brakes and folding mechanism to ensure a safe first ride. Loose brakes and folding quick releases can easily cause frame bending, collisions, and falls when riding at high speeds. If your bicycle tire bursts, please contact our after-sales customer service ([email protected]) as soon as possible by email. Provide your order number and pictures of the ruptured tire to the customer service. They will contact professionals to perform a technical diagnosis for your bike and send you the new tires. In addition, we recommend that you keep the tire pressure between 30-60psi before riding, and check whether the tire is intact.
