I reached out in hopes they would have some rare pistons in stock. Unfortunately, they did not. BUT! Ryan made a call to the manufacturer while I was on the line and secured the exact parts I needed to be drop-shipped straight from the manufacturer. Yeah Yeah... many places do this, but the fact that he called to first make sure they had stock so I would not have a 2-month wait for grinds, totally appreciate that! Not to mention he called them back after I had asked another question regarding a specific compression ratio to see if they still made them. As a person who dealt in customer service for over 20 years, I appreciate Ryan's attention to detail. Great Service. Will be back.

It would be a 5 but I ordered some headers and there was parts missing. By no fault of vivid but when I contacted them they said they would reach out to the vender. 2 weeks later I contacted the vender and got my parts myself.
