Some orders come VERY early and some come late. The ones that require refrigeration always take way LONG. Why is that?? Your delivery SUCKS !!!

The bee propolis was disturbingly bad

Unfortunately I could not track the package and it was leaking when I received it.

I used a promo code for free shipping for ordes over $35... my order qualified but I was charged $5.99 for shipping. I even questioned the shipping through the help link but heard nothing. The web site leaves alot to be desired. I'll buy locally from now on.

I like your selection and you fill orders and deliver in a timely fashion. I don’t like the shipping charges. Seems like if a customer spends a certain amount they should get a break on shipping. I often go to a store just to avoid shipping charges.

Did not like that I ordered, and paid in full, 3 bottles and only one arrived. Then I had to wait 2-3 weeks for the rest of my shipment.

Not sure why they were two separate deliveries that both took a while
