You refuse to work with a multiyear customer on changing a subscription to fit my needs. Your customer service has been s&*t with a problem I'm having with the latest order.

Products have been amazing so far! The shaving gel works wonders for my skin after I shave! The thinning hair shampoo/conditioner/hair food has life back to my hair. Going to continue to purchase from you guys!

There seems to be a lack of communication on your part: I am not sure if you have 2 different offices dealing with me: one group new to send the order to New Jersey - the other office knows I have more than 1 home and they sent it to Florida without asking: when I tried to change is was too late: we live in 3 locations: NJ - Fla-Ma: thanks - ps - i do like your products:

I have tried many different products, but these are outstanding. Dry scalp and beard after less than a week showing improvements, the deodorant has started to help with clogged pores from deodorants found in stores with all the non natural ingredients, so happy I switched to these products that are natural and great for my body.
