I was charged of 44.80 USD eventhough i did not pick up the unit in Kansai airport on Dec 30, 2019. Also i received an email saying i already returned the unit on Jan 3.2020. How could that be; 1. i dont have the unit on the first place 2. I left Japan Jan 6. I want to file a complaint but i dont know how and where. It's a good thing i received this review email. Please check how this is happened. How can i refund the 44.80 USD that was charged to me.

Hi Marites! Thank you so much for letting us know. We are very sorry to hear your experience. Unfortunately we didn't see an email from you if you would like to cancel and refund since you cannot able to pick-up the device. You may also pick-up the device the next day after your original pick-up date if you cannot able to get it during business hours. In addition, any changes to the contract/cancellation of the service shall be accepted until 5 days prior to the customer’s departure. However, from 4 days prior to the customer departure, 100% of the application fee shall be charged as compensation for the communication fee (equivalent to a cancellation charge) as a result of the cancellation. No refunds shall be issued in cases where the customer shortens the contract period after departure. This was included in the order confirmation we always send to every customers. We do hope you email us when this happened so we could able to assist you although your return date was 1/6 and can no longer update since it was already due to the period. We hope that for the next time this will not happen for us to be able to assist you since we always do our best to make our customer feel convenient with our service.

Used their portable wifi router in Japan and had no problems whatsoever. Really happy with it, charging it was easy and it was very convenient.

I am a long time customer. I use Vision global wifi when I go to Japan. Fast wifi wherever I go. I like how its hassle-free to get the portable wifi delivered to your house and just send it back when done.
