Very disappointed that my passport almost didn't make it back to me despite my paying more for the processing. You should have made sure I got the passport the day before my flight and instead I had to drive out of my way before the departure to get the passport from UPS myself. It was a huge pain in the ass.

I had a problem with the form. I called the number listed for help. The suggestion I got was to go to the passport office at a postoffice and fill out the form. I am not going to do that since I have already paid you. It would be helpful if you were directed to someone who could help with the form.
