They were there to help us after we prepared the application ourselves and drove into DC to submit, only for the embassy to be closed. They spotted two errors in the application and were able to fix them on the spot and submit next week. They then shipped the finished visa to us and we had it by the end of the week and it's perfect. They saved us two more trips and a lot of headache! Customer service was friendly, prompt and communicative. If I ever need another visa, this is where I'm going.

Thank you to Panda Manurung for generously providing me with a photocopy of a document I needed for my Chinese visa. I was able to complete my application without having to come back again.

I needed a Chinese Visa and a US passport renewal, and VisaHero took care of both for me! I'm genuinely impressed with how easy the process was. They were transparent and responsive, and got me both documents within less than two weeks--a process that would have taken far longer because of my work hours. They prepared the Visa and Passport applications for me, made all the necessary trips to the visa office (sat through the two hour queue for me multiple times,) and delivered all of the documents to me in person. If you're stressed about getting your passport or Visa processed, I can't recommend a better resource!

I had the most AMAZING experience with VisaHero! I can't say enough good things about the process from beginning to end. Mr. Manurung helped me at every step and was very communicative and knowledgeable. He made it a joy to have to get my passport renewed, which sounds like an oxymoron. I'd recommend using VisaHero for anyone with any passport needs. If you're like me and can get stressed when having to deal with passport and visa issues, I would highly recommend going with VisaHero. They took away the stress, AND I got my passport in ten days! Thank you, VisaHero!
