They were quite helpful with the response. I chose the wrong photo and they helped me twice till the time the photo was not accepted.

Refuse to make good on their “money back guarantee” refund policy if your photo does not get accepted. Instead, they insist on using another photo through them and they’ll re-do it. I don’t have time for this, I went to a reputable dealer in-person instead and got it taken care of. However, they will keep my money it seems regardless of being unable to use what I paid for.

They do what they say on the title - fix visa fotos. Rescued us from the brink of despair…..once we’d found them. And they really do get back to help if you hit ‘support’
