I had an online photo rejected during a UK visa application. I got in touch with visafoto who emailed an edited copy of the photo which was again rejected (part of it maybe my fault) I replied to the email explaining the problem and ask for help. Paul who received and replied to my email was so professional in his prompt response and was able to help me. Won't hesitate to recommend visafot.com to family and friends. Thank you.

New Zealand immigration would not accept any of my photos, contacted Visafoto, responded within a few minutes, amended my photo and NZ immigration accepted the photo immediately. Excellent service for £7, don’t bother to try to submit your own, they rejected 20+ of mine.

I used the passport photo service. My photos were not accepted by the passport application office and the customer service agent (Paul) is now refusing to give me a refund despite the 100% money back guarantee on their website. He is claiming the passport agency scammed me, but if any scams happened here it was Vistaprint’s false advertising of their acceptance guarantee. Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra few dollars to get your photo taken at the application office. EDIT: The reply below says I was refunded which is supposedly true (although I’ll believe it when I see the refund at this point) but it took me 10+ emails back and forth with CS during which I was accused of lying and gaslighted multiple times by the CS agent before he finally agreed to begrudgingly process the refund. The part in visafotos reply about the image not being good enough quality is completely untrue. I was never contacted and informed of this nor did they ever offer to redo my photos because of this. The passport agency rejected the photos because the cropping and zoom didn’t meet standards, not because of anything to do with the photo quality. Sad to see them gaslighting me yet again in this review reply.

Hello. According to our mailing history, your order has been fully refunded. Interbank transactions take some time, which may have caused you concern. Also, according to the mailing history, a support manager noticed that the photo you originally provided was too low quality and offered to replace the image for free. Unfortunately, the next photo you sent in as a replacement was also of extremely poor quality, which prevented us from processing your order. Please note that Vizafoto guarantees compliance with the following photo parameters: Photo size; Format; Background; Head tilt. At the same time, if the original picture has blurs, blackouts, pixels, or the face is not clearly visible on it, the photo may indeed not be accepted. In such cases, we always offer a free replacement of the original image or a refund. Please let us know if you have not received your refund. We apologize for the inconvenience caused!

Using an online service always raises concerns but these guys were great especially when UK Gov rejected my photo and it was immediately resolved

Don't use this website/service. Used it to improve my photo so it would be accepted for a UK passport but instead when uploaded for the application it was 'poor' and unacceptable. Emailed this company twice and I haven't received a response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...THEY ARE USELESS!
