Great alternative to paying high prices with other companies! Several options for each photo. My suggestion would be to add a feature where you can use the same "furnishings" on multiple photos. If I have 2 living room angles, it looks silly to have 2 different sets of furniture in the same house. My other suggestion would be to add patio furniture/decor!

With the market so stop and go these days, the subscription model they use just doesn't work. Seemed I always had use for it a few days after my subscription reset and all my credits expired. Good service, flawed business model—maybe it works for them, but not the customer.

I was overcharged significantly TWICE for over $300 and then for nearly $500. They auto-refunded the $300 online thru an automated process but then once that didn't work for the $500, you find that NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE exists either at Virtual Staging AI or at Paddle.com, the company they use for as the outsourced Credit Card Merchant. No phone number to call for EITHER company. Only an email address, and no one emails back. I will give it another day and if they assist I will have a different opinion. Paddle.com is primarily in the United Kingdom, good luck with that. With only a spattering of US employees who work at home.

I would recommend a package for photos that can be used over a 6 month or year period on any property inline with your current pricing.

First time user of any AI, but I was quickly able to navigate through to try different styles in every type of room. I was in a hurry to get listing active, and accidentally subscribed twice. I emailed support on a holiday weekend, and within 2 days they responded and refunded my money. Good program, excellent customer service!

I signed up for their $15 trial... it ended up charging me for a yearly subscription... I cancelled the subscription thinking it would refund me and end my subscription... Except it didn't it turned off the renewal for next year... Their "chat bot" just says waiting for internet connection, everything about this site feels off and very shady. I am giving them 24 hours to respond to my e-mail request before escalating to both Paypal and my credit card to reverse the charges.

Hi Andy, We’re truly sorry to read about your experience. Your frustration is totally understandable, and we would like to apologize for any confusion regarding the billing. We have replied to you via email, but would also like to provide some further clarification here in case you didn't receive it: 1. You signed up for our $15 trial and ended up being charged for the yearly subscription: During our checkout process for our annual plan, it is mentioned several times that the fee is charged yearly. It is transparently written on our pricing page and also when one enters their credit card information. Since we directly send out invoices after one completes this process, this mistake can hopefully be quickly noticed. For such cases and others, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Furthermore, we try to make it as simple as possible for our customers to request a refund by providing them with a self-service button on our website: https://www.virtualstagingai.app/refunds 2. Our chatbot didn’t work for you: Very rarely, there might be some issues on the server side that should not affect the chatbot for longer than a couple of minutes. I would like to apologize for any technical hiccups and have forwarded this feedback to our development team for further investigation. 3. You canceled the subscription but were surprised to learn that this doesn’t automatically issue a refund: Many customers who cancel their subscription with us intend to use it for the period they have paid for. Therefore, cancellations and refunds have to be handled as two separate issues. However, as mentioned above, we try to make requesting a refund as simple and transparent as possible. 4. You were worried we would take too long to reply to your email: We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within one to two business days. In your case, our customer success team replied to you in less than 17 hours and immediately processed a refund. If you have any further concerns or feedback you’d like to discuss with us, please do not hesitate to contact us again via [email protected]. Many thanks and best regards, Victor from the Virtual Staging AI team

Great product! Im a Realtor, and have used virtual staging companies in the past, that typically charge $25 per picture and their turnaround is 24-48 hours. I usually have a couple of changes, so that extends the time another 24-48, which delays the time to get on the market. Using AI was great because I got my photos from the photographer and was on the market a couple hours later. The program is super easy to use. It is fairly new, so I do have 3 suggestions for improvement: 1) Add outdoor spaces, so we can stage seating areas, outdoor dining, fire pits, etc. I live in FL, so we always try to feature outdoor living if we can. 2) Add kids room/ play room (bunk beds, kids furniture/ cribs, toys, etc. 3) your item removal is great. If there’s any way to combine that with the virtual staging… so let’s say I like the setup but just want to remove a chair or something, it would be nice to do that. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with this program and will continue to use!
