Site won’t let me withdraw any less than $250 so if you deposit $50 and try to take out $200 after winning it won’t let you and won’t pay you if you close your account, biggest scam I’ve ever seen!

So far so good I put in 9.99 won and cashed out 20 no problem money was in my account in less then 10 minutes. Lots to play! Headed back in to win!

Dodgy website, customer support lie to you, dodgy withdrawal system takes up to 24 hours and you can cancel your withdrawal within 10 hours really just trying to make you do so to lose it their support team are cheeky and smart towards you the xrp is shocking You can pump $200 40 cent bets the whole thing 200 and not hit one feature. I was playing blackjack and the dealer dropped the card gave my card to the person sitting beside me causing me to lose 500. I asked them to look into it and they did not even reply.

Honestly this site is awesome,, got my money the next day,,

The site in itself is your average 'online casino' although without the basic functions like 99% of other ones have (vaults, instant withdraw, unlimited withdraw limit, etc) RTP is ridiculously obvious it drops off once a withdraw actually happens. I have done 1000's of spins on numerous games post-withdraw with 0 free games whatsoever. It wouldn't surprise me it turns into a 10-15% RTP I kid you not post-withdrawal. BUT the worst thing out of it all is the customer support. They will literally ARGUE to you if you ever decide to disable your account. They ignore every request to ask for politely and just reply with 'HERES A BONUS ON US' then get angry and do not reply to you when you just want an account disabled. No matter what you say, they fight you every time. Also, when 'disabling' an account (which was done 24hrs later since 20+ emails were sent, I did a little experiment and asked if I could get my account reactivated, INSTANTLY I get a response saying 'of course!' and they reactive it with my response being 'you said it was permanent'. Do not play this shady site, I know online gambling is shady, but this site is 10x worse than the others. 1/10 I hope the site shutdowns.

***PLAYERS BEWARE*** I have been playing on ViperSpin for a while. Not long ago I left the site as I was having issues with withdrawing, and lots of false promises from the staff/ support never being honoured. Several months ago, I received an email from part of the new ownership/ management from a guy named Mario. The emailed explained that they were not happy with how I was treated previously as a high limit player and if I returned the requests/withdrawal limits would be met and that customer service had improved and things have changed. After 3 months and hundreds of thousands of dollars in deposits, I now know this to not be the case. Several times I had cashouts I requested which were not processed within 24-hours let alone 4-5 days later and as a player, these were cancelled and then lost once again on the casinos. Which you assume as a player is your fault for not waiting till they’re processed. I then once again had a win after a while and now am trying to process the withdrawals. $200,000 mind you. It has now been 3 weeks since I requested this, I have sent an email everyday to support with no response and live chat “can’t help” and say I need to email support. I know my emails are being seen as I sent an another email of a secondary email account which was responded to in 3 minutes and once I said who i was they went silent and once again refused to respond seemingly on purpose. PLAYERS NEED TO KNOW THAT YOUR MONEY ISNT SAFE ON VIPERSPIN. They are quick to take your money, and advertise a sanctioned casino with a 24 hour withdrawal time, but once you request withdrawals, they refuse to respond for weeks at a time in hope players cancel the cashouts, and lose it once again through the casino. IT IS IN MY OPINION THIS IS A SCAM I recommend only playing on sites that have instant withdrawals, and don’t reply on additional teams to process and determine when or even if you will get your winnings. I have all the emails, live chat responses, screen site recordings etc which will follow shortly on here if I don’t soon get a response. The withdrawals are still sitting there unprocessed at this time, 3 weeks later, no response and no update. ***PLAYERS BEWARE***
