Thought this might have been a scam, especially since I ran into a snag in the process. But emails were very quickly replied to and my needs were addressed very well. Can't say enough for how quick the response was.

Great customer service. Had an issue with something, reached out to them, and they got back to me with minutes. They were open to listening to the issue and making it right. They even gave me a credit and took my advice on how to prevent the same misunderstanding from happening again. Great company with great service. Highly recommend.

I got the information I was looking for. The dealer used another generic background vehicle check. With FullCarfax.com's report, I can see the maintenance records as well as the original window sticker. All at a mere fraction Carfax wants for the same thing. Thanks Again!

The info I got about the car was great and thorough, but it was unfortunately not enough to keep the car from being sold out from under me. Oh well—I'll remember you when I buy my next car.
