My order was dispatched promptly but the eye shadows had more glitter than expected.?
Response from VIMA Cosmetics· Oct 5, 2026
Hello Anne, So glad your order arrived quickly! Thank you for the honest note on the eye brighteners too. They're designed to give a soft, luminous shine, and a light hand on application usually keeps it looking more glow than glitter. If you'd like, our team is happy to share a few tips to help them wear just the way you want, so feel free to reach out at vimacosmetics.com. 💛 VIMA Cosmetics 💖 Customer Support Team

Colour is very natural but I find that it is dry and a bit cakey looking. I have tried additional moisturizer but that doesn’t work.
Response from VIMA Cosmetics· Sep 10, 2026
Hello Joan, Thank you for the honest feedback, and we're glad the colour match is working well for you. That dry, cakey feeling can sometimes come down to prep, so a hydrating primer under the foundation often makes more of a difference than moisturizer alone. Our team would be happy to share a few application tips that help with this, so feel free to reach out to us directly at vimacosmetics.com. We would love to help you get the most out of it. As an older female this foundation is a game changer. I was very sceptical about buying it but thought I would give it a go. I love it, you can put on just a little for a more natural look or more for example when I go to the office. It feels smooth and doesn't sit in my wrinkles so much. I love how light weight it is. I also love the brush. I actually brought a second bottle. This is my new go to foundation
Response from VIMA Cosmetics· May 25, 2026
Hello Wendy, A second bottle already — that tells us everything! 🧡 It's especially wonderful to hear that the coverage works both ways for you, light and effortless for everyday wear and a little more polished for the office. That kind of versatility is exactly what we had in mind when we developed the formula. Thank you so much for giving it a chance and for sharing this — it genuinely made our day. The coverage is great, I was extremely surprised how well it blended into my skin tone. I find it to feel a little sticky on my skin
Response from VIMA Cosmetics· May 18, 2026
Hi Kayla, That surprise of watching it blend so seamlessly into your skin tone is one of our favourite things to hear about! We appreciate the honest note on the texture too — applying a thin layer over a good primer can really help with that feeling. Thank you for giving it a go! VIMA Cosmetics 💖 Customer Support Team

This really is the perfect matching foundation. It’s lightweight and doesn’t cake up. I love that it last all day. I wish it was a little more buildable but it’s overall the best foundation I’ve ever worn.
Response from VIMA Cosmetics· Apr 16, 2026
Hello Whitney, "Best foundation I've ever worn" — we don't take that lightly, and thank you so much for saying it! Knowing it matches so well and stays put all day without caking is exactly what we hoped for. We also really appreciate the honest note about buildability — that kind of feedback genuinely helps us as we continue to develop and improve. So glad you found your match! 💛 Love, VIMA TEAM
