Brought a primer, foundation and a brush. Had a huge hope that this product will do what the previous favourite is failing to do as I’m aging (45y.o). It failed hugely, does not do anything, literally! Don’t buy it!!!

Horrible experience! I ordered the color changing foundation a month ago and just received it today (11/1/2025). As the time crept by I started to track the package which indicated it was coming from China. When I finally got it, the jar did not say Vima on it. Just some very small lettering which was illegible. I tried the product and it does nothing. Doesn’t change color whatsoever. Beware of this scam.

Do not buy - The seller, Vima Cosmetics, has a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and promises a refund if a customer is unhappy with their product. I was not satisfied with the quality of their product and it was not fit for my purpose (too orange). I requested a refund by email on 27 June 2025, and sent another email on 2 July 2025, but they failed to honour their policy. They told me that they need a video of me applying the makeup, even though I sent photos. This is contrary to their return policy. When I post reviews on Facebook, the company seems to delete my comments.

The foundation didn't work for me. I've made a request to return and get my money back based on their 100% money back guarantee and after three replies I've yet to receive the information on processing the return. I am not confident that they will honor their money back guarantee.

Tardy response for generating a return for a disappointing foundation which is not what it says it is. Still havent heard back from them for over a week and I will not let this go. DO NOT ORDDR FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I had seen the other girls review before I ordered this below average product. You'd get a basic foundation for £5 for better. No joke.

VIMA, you keep asking Trustpilot for more info when in fact you have all you need, and it is posted in my review: until I receive full refund of $64 I will not be happy nor will I change my review. Enough back and forth with the inane emails. The product did not work for me as a first time user and you have not honoured your refund policy. Terrible customer service.

I brought the Vima colour changing foundation recently as advertised with "money back guarantee" 30 days free returns" "100% satisfaction or they will issue a full refund, so nothing to loose in giving it a try...only to find out that all the above was false advertising, a scam to encourage you to buy this product. I was hoping for a radiant glow instead the foundation was too light and didn't match my skin, looked dry and cakey and didn't blend well at all. Asked for refund but told no refund if you have opened the package (how would you know if it was suitable if you can't try it ? ) they state that "you can try make up without hesitation as want you to be 100% satisfied" !!!! Also asked me to send video showing how I put on the foundation...a total scam, please don't use this Company, no Customer Service whatsoever and worse foundation I have ever used and definitely NO REFUND.😡
