This chair’s unique design had helped in reminding me to sit up straight while working at my desk. So instead of slouching all day which I naturally do in the past, I have since been more conscious of this bad habit and will sit up straight naturally due to the chair’s design.

SO much to love about my Vilno experience! The chair itself is phenomenal. Solid construction, easy to build, and wow what a game changer. Being able to kneel (and sit fairly normally) is a dream! As someone with ADHD/Motor issues, this is exactly what I needed. I tried an exercise ball in the past, but it just didn't quite work for me. With my Vilno I don't HAVE to rock back and forth but can do so comfortable and confidently when I feel the urge! I wish I had this my whole life! Shipping speed was like no other, I ordered on a Saturday and with standard rate, received my order on Tuesday. Oh, it also adds a pleasant/modern aesthetic to my single bedroom apartment and prevents my desk corner from looking like a corporate office!

My experience has sadly not been great. Putting the chair together was not as easy as shown because the pre made holes in the wooden 'legs' were not directly in line with the cushioned chair pieces. When finally complete and used, it made a loud crack - i tightened the screws but the creaking is still there. Lastly, i have come on with a bad back / sciatica - i think this is due to the change from a normal chair to this seating position - i think there should be some information about transitioning to this position - this has even come from the physio i have now had to see.

Hello! I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced with your recent experience. It's unfortunate that the assembly process didn't go as smoothly as expected and that you encountered issues with the alignment of the pre-made holes. This can certainly be frustrating and impact your overall impression of the product. The issue of the loud crack and persistent creaking after tightening the screws is definitely not what you should have experienced. It sounds like there might be a structural issue with the chair itself. It's important for the product to function properly and provide a comfortable seating experience without any disturbances. Additionally, I'm sorry to hear about the discomfort you're experiencing with your back and sciatica after transitioning to this new seating position. Your point about including information on how to transition to this seating position in a more ergonomic and supportive way is valid. Proper guidance on making adjustments and adapting to a new seating arrangement could help users like you avoid discomfort and potential health issues. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We're committed to improving our products and services based on customer experiences like yours. We'd like to make things right for you. If you could kindly reach out to our customer support team with your order details, we'll be more than happy to assist you in finding a suitable solution to these challenges. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We hope to regain your trust in our products and provide you with a more positive experience in the future. Regards Nazar

Product arrived quickly and in good condition. I wish the assembly instructions were a bit clearer, but that could also be a "me" problem if I'm honest. I love the chair!

So far so good! The chair seems to really alleviate some SI and sciatica and hip flexor impingement pains I have struggled with for decades from playing sports. Highly recommend and plan to purchase one for my husband as well. Sitting on it now as I type!

I recently purchased the VILNO chair, and while it took a bit longer than expected to arrive, it was worth the wait. Once I started using the chair, I completely fell in love with its design. It's not like the options you find on Amazon that may be cheaper, but the quality and attention to detail in the VILNO chair are outstanding. The cushion is perfect, and the overall design, including the delicate wood parts, is truly impressive. Before buying, there are two important factors to consider: the purpose you have in mind for the chair and the height of your desk. I personally use it for design and drawing, and I must say I absolutely love it. Additionally, my husband occasionally uses it for online meetings, and it has provided a marvelous experience for him as well. I would also like to commend the customer support of VILNO, as they deserve a 5-star rating. They have been helpful and responsive throughout my interaction with them. If you're looking for a chair that combines beautiful design, comfort, and versatility, I highly recommend the VILNO chair.
