ABSOLUTELY Love the Products! Hate the shipping... The tracking needs MAJOR work! I DO GIVE the support team a thumbs up for all their hard work in trying to correct the problem.

Excellant and very responsive Customer Service
Customer service worked hard and answered all my emails very quickly when my package ended up at the wrong address. The item wasn't as green as shown in the picture, instead it was more of an olive drab, but the fit was perfect and, color aside, it was exactly how I pictured it would look. I am ultimately happy with the purchase and extremely happy with my customer service experience. The four stars instead of 5 is just for the shipping mix up that made it arrive far after the event I planned to wear it at, but these days shipping issues are more common and not always controllable by those shipping products so just keep that in mind.
