Die Buchung meines Kontoupgrades wurde per Banklastschrift (leider war kein Paypal als Zahlungsmöglichkeit angegeben) am 27.04. vom Konto abgebucht. Erst am 11.05., also 14 Tage später wurde die Funktion dann freigeschaltet. Auf meine E-Mail an den Support habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Aus meiner Sicht ist eine solche Bearbeitungsdauer für die Freischaltung einer Internetdienstleistung in heutigen Zeiten völlig inakzeptabel. Auf jeden Fall MUSS ein Kunde im Rahmen des Buchungsprozesses auf die Dauer einer solchen langen Bearbeitung hingewiesen werden.

I purchased the Pro-20 plan. (EU12,50/m) My first project was 'halted'. Since then I get a pop-up message: "Oops something went wrong, we will fix it automatically, else contact us." I sent several emails to support at vidio.ai. Zero response. The project seems to be lost. Nothing works. No feed-back on the site, no response from the VIDIO supportteam. That is now one week ago. I give up. Don't buy this.

Absolute shit. doesn't work as advertised. had to pay to try it but at the end the outcome was unusable. I don't recommend. the support does not respond. I wrote multiple emails but without any response. I haven't used any of the credits and wanted refund, but unsuccessfully. It's a scam!!!

Hello Vidio, as you're not answering my emails dated 27th Jan 2026 but you manage to answer here I would ask for help. Your help page states in order to cancel a subscription Go to Settings. Scroll to Billing and click Cancel subscription. I have tried this in Chrome and Safari but it's not there. Only "delete my account permanently and all data" - is this the only way? Thank you.

Terrible product, the rotoscoping is bad, the export times are awfully long, and the credit system is confusing
