I was not properly prepared with the information I needed,therefore my experience was not successful. Rene was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She made every attempt to resolve the issue.

It takes quite a while for the chat person to get on line with you. The answers are slow to come. In the middle of her answers pops up a question saying they are going to hang up because you have not been on chat for a while. That is because the chat person is answering and it is not my place to interrupt her to say I am still here??? Very bad software. They do not know what is going on with the conversation.

Communication via the web is confusing. Claim denied, then processed. Getting a strait answer weather to appeal or resubmitt was stresfull. Cchat Abbie wa really helpfull explaining everything.
