Vgoodiez has amazing customer service, and stellar products. They helped me procure a product of theirs that was deemed out of stock but went above and beyond in looking for it, and alas found it. I will be doing business with them in the future, and would recommend to all my loved ones!

They’re just really good people. Really knowledgeable and helpful. Willing to educate and are so so kind. This is a family owned business, and you can tell this is a dream come true for the owner / guy running it. I’d shop here again for sure

Hi Adam, Thank you for taking the time! We believe education is a key factor in moving folks from combustion to vaporizing. We also know that things can get overwhelming so we try to put together materials and communication to help with that! We appreciate your support and please holler if we can help in the future! -VGoodiEZ Team

This is my second purchase from VGGoodiez, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the products and the company itself. I originally purchased my WOHW from them, and most recently picked up a Tempest 2. From the beginning, their customer service has been outstanding. They respond quickly, are extremely helpful, and actually care about their customers. When I reached out about the Tempest 2, they went above and beyond to help me out, and the whole process was incredibly easy. Both of my devices arrived beautifully packaged, exactly as expected, and in perfect condition. They also got my orders out quickly, which is always appreciated. What really stands out to me is that these guys don’t just seem interested in making a sale. They genuinely appreciate their customers and take pride in what they’re doing. After two purchases, I can honestly say I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with VGGoodiez. I know they’ve received a couple of negative reviews recently, so I wanted to take the time to share my experience because it has been the complete opposite. I would absolutely buy from them again, and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. Thanks again to the VGGoodiez crew for taking care of me. You guys are awesome! 🤘🔥
