VexroanReviews of vexroan.com

I purchased a beautiful advertised 30th anniversary vodka bottle swan and what I received was a small cheap version in a wrinkled box not the advertised product. I was highly disappointed and want to warn other people DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, ITS A SCAM.

I would give them a zero rating if I could. The boxes they advertised were not the boxes I received. There was nothing heavy-duty about those plastic pieces of trash they sent me. I was so put out that I didn't reach out to express my disappointment. They are basically plastic bags with straps. I should have ordered them from Temu. At least with Temu, I wouldn't have been disappointed because I know their products are cheap. Vexroan you need to be truthful in how and what you advertise. Heavy Duty my ........

This company is a fraud, a scam, and a complete joke! I ordered 6 DIY beaded craft kits. When I order kits, I check the boxes to make sure all the materials are there as soon as the package arrives, as they claim on the boxes that, "All Materials are Included." What I received was 5 kits that are impossible to complete bc all five of those had so many items missing that the kits can't be completed at all. Each kit was expensive. Each kit was incomplete. My 1st email was to give them a list of exactly what was missing. I asked that they send the materials. The response was to tell me no, bc the boxes are "blind boxed," and they offered me a $30 refund. Right now, I believe "blind boxed" means an actual blind person must have boxed them! And $30? That's only $4 more than what I paid for ONE kit alone! One kit was $35.99! The others were $25.99 EACH! $30 indeed! I told them no and that I wanted a full refund. The 2d email from them was to offer a $50 refund and thanking me for my "understanding." I again told them no, bc why would I accept that when I can't complete any of the kits w/what they sent. As I said, I told them no again, and I wanted a full refund. The response: CRICKETS! Never heard back. So basically, I'm stuck w/five kits that can't be completed and screwed out of my money! This company is pathetic! They know exactly what they're selling. They know the kits are not as advertised. They know the kits do not contain all the materials needed to complete them. I consider this willful fraud. And they also know there's not a darn thing the customer can do about it except consider it a hard lesson learned and move on! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will lose your money and have garbage! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY if you value your hard-earned money!

I didn’t receive my order I have tried 5times to reach someone I think it is a scam

***Do NOT purchase from Vexroan.*** I ordered their Forest Friends and Tiny Heel Boutique beading kits on July 1. My invoice, however, indicated that two Backyard Birds kits had been ordered instead. I emailed the company the very next day (July 2) to point out the error and asked them to send the items I had actually ordered. Three days later, on July 5, they replied that my package had already shipped and could not be changed, but told me I could exchange the items after they arrived. ***The package never arrived.*** On July 22, the tracking number showed it had been delivered, but nothing was delivered to my address. I contacted Vexroan and asked them to either resend my order or issue a refund. They responded that their logistics company said the package had been returned and asked me to verify my address. My address was 100% correct. I then said that if they chose to resend the order (instead of reimbursing), I would like the *correct kits* to be sent—not the incorrect ones shown on the invoice. Instead of correcting their mistake, they told me that returned packages are destroyed by their logistics company, that they had also suffered a loss, and that they were willing to resend my order only if I paid half of the original purchase price again. I refused. Why should I pay a second time for an order I never received, especially when the order was incorrect from the beginning? Also, how have they suffered a loss? They made *$70* off of me! Do not purchase from Vexroan because they: • Sent an order confirmation with the wrong products listed. • Refused to correct the order before delivery, even though I contacted them immediately. • Failed to ensure I received my order. • Refused to provide a full refund when the package never arrived. • Expected me to pay more money to replace an order I never received and that they had already entered incorrectly. This company displays serious warning signs of an online scam and/or deceptive business practice. ***Do NOT purchase from Vexroan!***

BUYER BEWARE! If I could give a negative number I would. I am requesting a full refund because the merchant failed to deliver the ordered product and is now violating their own stated return policy. On my original order for the "Beaded Gnomes" craft kit, I received an incomplete package containing only 8 bags of beads instead of the advertised 16 bags. After contacting customer service, the merchant sent a replacement package. However, the replacement contained the exact same error—only 8 bags of beads were included, making it impossible to complete the craft. The merchant is now refusing to issue a refund unless I pay out of pocket to ship the incomplete items back to them. This directly contradicts the official return policy posted on the Vexroan website, which explicitly states that the company will cover all return shipping costs if the return is due to a company error or a defective/incomplete product.Because the merchant has twice failed to provide the complete item and is refusing to honor their own free return policy for faulty orders, I am requesting a full chargeback. I have kept all communication records and photos of the incomplete shipments as evidence.

I would actually NOT even give this site 1 star but it isnt an option. Site is TOTALLY a scam. I ordered the Grey Goose frosted bottle. Photos show a large bottle (Next to a person) I received AFTER a month a 7 inch clear cheap glass bottle it was a total joke. 100% satisfaction is a lie, took 2 months and I can’t even say how many emails and they finally refunded me $30 NOT what I paid nor would they send a prepaid label.

I ordered the clear plastic bins, that were supposed to be a hard plastic, and they were of flimsy plastic and not what I ordered. It was misdelivered on top it off. I want my refund because these were not the items that were demonstrated on your ad through my game ads!!! I’m on social security disability for multiple sclerosis which is a nerve disorder, I don’t need the stress of being scammed!!!
