BIG SAVINGS
The product was $7.99 ea. at VetRxDirect. The same product was $16.45 ea. at my local pharmacy. For the entire order I saved $42.30.

Great value and service
Customer Service was wonderful with all my questions. My vet said even she pays more for this med than I paid. Dosage and expiration dates were just right. This was a very good experience and will definitely use their service again.

Lack of customer service
No matter how much I buy, the coupons NEVER work and when I call, the coupons will not be applied; only when you apply the coupon on line....but they will not be accepted on line.Thanks for all the help; not! We spend a minimum of 100.00 per month and there is no consideration for assistance when I call or for help with the coupons.I just tried the 15% coupon from facebook and it did not work either and this is a company coupon and the company said would work! I will take my 200/month and more, elsewhere. Jane Fink

Customer, We are sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience with VetRxDirect. We are an online company so the coupons that can be used are meant to be used online. We do have coupons that are one time use per customer, so if you have used that coupon before, it cannot be applied again. We do try to help our customers if they are having problems with the coupons but cannot apply them. We hope you will have better luck with that in the future. Thank you, VetRxDirect
