Was already upset to find out my cat had asthma so I came to this company to order the AeroKat inhaler mask. Was able to find a coupon online that saved me $10 on it and even checking prices this company had it for the lowest amount already without the added coupon. I even got FREE shipping. Once I got the item they also included a FREE sticker, a magnant, a thank you card and a small bag of kitty treats that my cat loved!!! I discovered VetRXDirect when I was researching online pharmacies that offer compounding. It wasn't apparent to me how to order the potassium bromide I needed for my chihuahua becasue of the odd dosage amount of the perscription and I contacted the pharmacy with my questions. Before discovering VetRXDirect, I had attempted to get my questions answered by a well-known online pharmacy but three times I got responses that were not helpful nor to the point because most onlline pet-med retailers are very cookie-cutter and are not able to handle special requests or custom orders. When i contacted VetRXDirect, not only did I get an intellegent answer about the compound I needed but the pharmacy associate quickly helped me figure out how to order the compounding based on the perscription. This is the kind of customer service you hope to get, but so rarely do anymore. I will always be a loyal customer of VetRXDirect for this reason.

It's rare to get service like that provided by VetRxDirect these days...I can't thank them enough for the prompt response to my order, follow up with my dog's vet, and quick sending of his prescription (competitive pricing, as well!). The bonus dog treat and cute thank you card was the icing on the cake. Thank you - will always go through you in the future for my dog's needs!
