Never had an issue. Once the Rx was approved, the order and re-orders are delivered quickly. I'm also able to purchase items I don't readily find in my local pet shop.

I was so happy to find this company! Why? At the Vet my dogs same medication Ocu Glow Rx is $100. On another website it is $75 plus shipping making it $86. This company medication is priced at $75 and free shipping! Plus there was a coupon that brought the amount down to $67. The shipping was fast as well! The product was new and secured properly. I will be a long time client of this site. As my furbaby needs her medication. Your site has made it to purchase much easier! Now, I have extra money to spend on doggie treats for her! Thank you!

I found this company, VetRXDirect.com, that had my dog's precription for a lower price than any other online pet pharmacy. Her ear cleansing wash was especially hard to find and one site had it for $28.95 and VetRXDirect had it for $15.99.They processed my pet's prescription super fast and in the package was a very lovely thank you note with an associate's name and paw print on it. They must pay the doggie employees a lot to have them autograph each note! Thanks VetRXDirect.

My dog is blind and deaf. Last month I had mailed in 3 Rx's for his eye medications with 4 refills on all and had a shipment sent. This month I ordered over the weekend as I new I was in need during the upcoming week of refills. I paid for overnight shipping $20 extra. I get an email that I dont have refills and my Vet will need to be contacted! I email back how is that possible as I have refills! I get a response the next day that he didn't look "far enough back" in the file to see that I did have refills. Unprofessional and uncaring after I fully explained everything. Except now He says they don't have 5mg in stock and since the refill is written for 5mg he can't send 10mg and charge me more - he says he has to contact my vet to authorize 10mg! Another day lost! And on top of everything my order gets sent out USPS regular mail! Received 5 days later. Terrible customer service! Seriously considering going to 1800PETMEDS starting with my next refill. I have never ordered from a pet prescription company before and wondered how quickly I would receive the product and what the expiration date would be. Not only did I save 50% over the cost of my vet clinic, but I received my order in 3 days and was thrilled to see a lengthy expiration date on this product.
