Terrible Product, Terrible Customer Service

I bought a bottle of Arthro-Ionx for my 14 yo shelter dog with arthritis for the first time. She has a sensitive stomach too but I decided to try it anyway because of the possible joint/mobility benefits it may have for my Inca. It gave her awful diarrhea so I called to find out how to return it for a full refund as advertised. I was told by a very nasty "customer service" woman that I had to call back nearer to the 30-days, That is says this in black and white in the information kit. She also interrogated me as to how I was using it, etc.I know my dog! I know what works and what will not. This is NOT a cheap product and I am preparing to have to pay for shipping and handling, which I am also upset about, and it seems like VETiONX cares more about keeping the money for the product (whether or not it works for my dog) or not. Very disappointed in this treatment. Would NEVER recommend VETiONX!

Hi Laura~ Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry that you feel you received poor customer service, as that is not our goal. Our return policy is on our website; https://www.vetionx.com/return_policy.php It does clearly state that we do not refund shipping, we do not have any handling fees. It also states that we do refunds at 30 days after purchase, this is to insure customers are giving the product time to work, as many hope it works within 24 to 48 hours, and unfortunately, natural homeopathic medicine does not work that way. Some pets will experience a detoxification, when giving natural homeopathic medicine. Meaning they may get loose stool, due to their body going through a detoxification. We apologize that this concerned you. For pets that experience diarrhea/loosestools, our vet, Dr. Char, suggests to decrease the dosage amount and gradually build it up over a couple of weeks until the maximum amount is reached. Start with a couple of drops per day, each day adding a couple more drops until the full dosage amount is achieved. For pet health questions we offer an "Ask our Vet" option available through our website at: www.vetionx.com/ask-our-vet-form.phpHereyou can post questions directly to a licensed Veterinarian - free of charge. Dr. Char will respond between 24 and 48 hours to any pet health questions or concerns you might have. We went ahead and issued you an RMA, please check your email. Excellent Product & Customer Service
My pet dog has been suffering from severe (HOT SPOTS) itching & scratching for a couple of months. I purchased several anti-itch shampoos & sprays that were recommended by Petco & Petland stores, but it temporarily resolved the matter. I decided to research online with hopes of finding a product that actually works. Low & behold, I came across the Vetionx website and decided to give the product DERMA-IONX a try? I have administered the product to my pet (as directions prescribed) daily for 13 days (morning & evening) and I am amazed that the product has dramatically ceased his itching & scratching. I am very happy to see my pet finally has relief. The most amazing thing about DERMA-IONX, it can be administered internally (by mouth) & externally (spray on affected areas). Thank you VETIONX....

Product
The process to buy the product was fantastic. I have had my pug on it for two weeks and don't see a lot of improvement. I hope the product will build over the next couple of weeks to help improve her mobility. I don't see any side effects from taking it. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report an improvement within the first 2 weeks, while others report good results within the first 2 months. did not help my pet
my baby is very sick, i believed in my local vet for to long and she is about dead.your product made her more sick and did not help her!

There can be obstacles that prevent helping a pet such as age, severity of their issue, what type of diet and supplements are provided, and more. Very helpful
Using the arthroiox and the Promaxol for our 17 year old kitty has helped her. She has arthritis and these products relieve her pain and you can tell thru her actions. She's a much happier kitty.

Worst customer service
I ordered this product, to help my dog with her arthritis, I did not receive my package at all.. I called the company the day it said that it was delivered to inform them I didn't receive anything.. no call back.. I emailed them got a response from Victoria Swanson stating to contact my local post office.. then once I did and emailed them back in regads to what they stated..and how I needed to file a claim with usps, but I'm not able to because the company didn't purchase insurance on the package... So in the meantime I'm not getting any response back from Victoria swanson, I've emailed twice already... we had to let our girl go as she declined so quickly..and now I'm left to grieve and fight with them for my purchase.. that's $70 left in limbo.. so disapointed..worst customer service, do not purchase from them.

Fantastic product
This product, Arthro-Ionx has made an amazing difference in my14 year old cat. He was moving so slow before due to what I figured was arthritis/old age but now he has his spunk back. I'm amazed and grateful that I came across your product. Thank you, Denise
