I purchased the hairball treats but my kitties will not eat them. Best to be sure you do not have fussy pets before ordering.

It works! My baby's skin breaks as soon as the weather changes here in beautiful Michigan. I get a bottle this time every year and am always satisfied and comforted that Oakley is not miserable or suffering. Thanks so much for your product. hey there, we got the doggy medicine rather fast, which was great, she's only been on it for 7 days and I don't know if I'm imagining it or she's actually putting more pressure on her back leg. She's a rather large Boxer with what I believe it arthritis in the rear leg. Vet wanted to charge a phenomenal amount to check her out and still not know what was wrong. I will keep you posted after a month of use and see the difference.

I recieved VetiOnx on time and started my dog on it immediately. After one week, she is having fewer accidents and is not getting up at night as often as she did to drink water. She continues to be a very active 12 year old poodle!

I don't understand what the ingredients are, but my 17 year old cat, Skids has changed. She does not limp like she did and, strangely has become even more loving THANK YOU!

My 13 year old tabby cat has had very severe arthritis problems in her hind legs. With this product my cat has returned to a normal, happy cat. I love this product!

I was so desparate to find something to help my poor dog, I tried this product on a whim. It arrived in a timely manner, but did not help at all with the itching. Unfortunately, it was a waste of $30+ and actually I was surprised that the amount was so small (4oz). Ultimately, I had to go to the vet to resolve the issue. I wouldn't purchase this product again.

Every pet is different, the treatment depends on the severity of the ailment, the age and race of the pet, the surroundings, environment and nutrition. Our records show that you received the product less than 3 weeks ago, in some cases this is not enough time. Homeopathic products need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Some customers report a very noticeable improvement within the first 2 weeks, some customers report good results within the first 2 months. I bought 5 bottles for 80.00 in feb. I have used this for years and it worked great so I didn't have to expose my pets to the dangerous chemicals in frontline. The bat I got in feb didn't work. I called the company and they sent me 5 new bottles. I have shampooed my little dog 3 times this week and still have very active fleas. They took the chemical that works out and didn't lower the price.Why can't companies come clean and tell us the truth for once.

Dear Janet, The change that you noticed in our shampoo is due to the removal of the chemical Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLS). Most shampoos on the market (for humans and pets) contain SLS and so did the Defendex a few years ago. SLS is a foaming agent but is irritating to skin and has raised cancer scares, becoming a very controversial ingredient. This ingredient is not used to help with the fleas, it is only a foaming agent. After more research and many customer requests we have removed Sodium Laureth Sulfate and replaced it with a less a less irritating foaming agent. This replacement does not accomplish the amount of lather and might look a bit runny, but it has not changed the effectiveness of the shampoo. We have also added more neem oil and other ingredients to improve the product. Defendex is an excellent shampoo that safely helps washing away infestations and debris without harsh chemicals or synthetic pesticides. We recently sent you 5 free bottles to help your dog get the needed relief, please be patient and give it a little more time. You will need to work on rebuilding your dog’s immune system. We suggest giving Derma-IonX for a while. You should also try feeding a grain free diet, give digestive enzymes with each meal, probiotics, vitamin C, MSM, and fish oil daily.
