Last month I re-ordered a medication that my dog needs for her cushings disease. I have been ordering from Vetapprovedrx for several years. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive in the estimated time. The tracking number from the post office could not be found.. I called Vetapproved and talked to Cheryl. She tried to find the package, but could not. She immediately sent out another to arrive in just 2 days. I cannot say enough good things about this company---Needless to say, the medications in the Vets office are super expensive. Vetapprovedrx has the best pricing and usually the fastest shipping. Over the years they have been extremely helpful. Cheryl was a godsend. My dog gets so sick without this medication and she made sure that my little cutie had her meds. Thank you Cheryl and Vetapprovedrx!!!

good service, good price, fast delivery

Two times I have ordered my pet's prescriptions from here and twice it took almost two weeks to ship! I understand the insulin has to be ice packed and am willing to pay the extra $24.99 for shipping. Unfortunately that does NOT mean it will arrive quickly. I do like their prices for scripts, but it is ridiculous how long orders take to ship. And, no, it was not my vet dragging their feet on approving the prescription. I checked both times and they responded immediately to vetapprovedrx's request.

I had to leave the country within 5 days, so I selected priority shipping when I put in the order on a Tuesday morning. I received the package on Thursday afternoon. Everything was great. Thank you.
