Im known for writing great reviews for everyone... well I'm telling you now. Do not do the subscription box for 50. I done it one time. Got the trashy product and I do mean trashy. A month later they took another 50 from me and sent the box again. The website shows I have no active subscription. They even agreed i dont have one. Now they arent emailing me back at all anymore.. if you use your card they will somewhat rob you while sending you the crappy product. If vertex sees this, give me my money back!! Please yall, just go to highhippy

Product is always good quality. Shipping doesn't take very long, and the package is very discreet. I give them a 10/10 rating hands down!

I had a recent order with 3 items, 1 of the 3 items was awesome, 1 was a mis-pick, and the other appeared heat stressed. On the day I received the product I contacted customer service via email, I sent pictures, with a detailed explanation of the issues. The response was immediate (think AI), but once I was able to have some email discussions with a Vertex customer service representative, Vertex cleared up my concerns to my satisfaction. I will have no problem purchasing from these guys again in the future.
