Our blocks were shipped without any protection and were all damaged or very dirty. Versare was easy to talk to and we are expecting a replacement shipment from them. We are excited. Thanks for being so helpful in getting this solved.

We bought the StraightWall Sliding Portable Partition 15'6" x 7'6" for our office. Versare immediately reached out to thank us for the order and keep us informed about shipping. It arrived and the set-up couldn't have been easier. We noticed a small tear on one panel from and called Versare. They immediately offered to replace the panel. Thankfully, the tear is small and could be hidden, so we declined, but the response from Versare was very generous. It's exactly what we needed, and the customer service of Versare is topnotch.

When I tried to connect the newly-bought one to the preciously installed one, its middle part won't stay flat - either in or out a little bit. It looks the hinge somewhere might be tilted. I have no exact idea but I can't keep the bottom line straight. Neither the top line... This is a church and the partition is important to divide the fellowship space from the worship space. I do not want to bother myself returning it, and just leave it unsatisfied.

The coatrack is very sturdy and is beyond great. The delivery was delayed even beyond what the shipper planned. I waited by the phone door key to the church in hand. I finally got a call from the architect next door who said there was a truck waiting to unload. The driver was very kind and helpful. Putting in the double hooks took a while. Threading the screws and nuts 24 times took an hour, but they are lovely. The chrome rails accommodate coat hangers too. Everything was ready for our two concerts (75 coats!) on Sunday the 19th. Thank you.

Since the last order from approx. Nov 15th, 2021 that submitted more then a month now has been sitting at a postal area just a few miles away and they can seem to justify why, it’s really hard to give any stars at all.
